Welcome to Hypecave ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, social media platforms, or purchasing from our physical store located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Business Nature
We are a reseller of authentic, limited-edition streetwear and sneakers. All products are sourced internationally and sold in brand-new, unworn condition unless otherwise stated.
2. Authenticity
We guarantee that all items sold by us are 100% authentic. We inspect and verify all products for quality and legitimacy before making them available for sale.
3. Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in BDT and are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and may be limited in quantity.
4. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our resell business and the overseas sourcing of our items:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Please carefully check product sizing, condition, and details before purchasing.
5. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary due to international shipping logistics. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs, couriers, or other external factors.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a significantly damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo documentation. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
7. Store Pickup & In-Person Sales
If you purchase from our physical store in Dhaka, please inspect items carefully at the time of purchase. Once the item has left our premises, it is considered final and non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media (images, logos, product descriptions) is the property of Hypecave and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
